At Brooks they believe that a run can change a day, a life, the world. They have built great running gear to make sure that each run is better than your last. They wanted to create a similar approach for their customer service team in EMEA. A mindset of exceeding expectations every time they engaged with their consumers
What we did
Together with their customer care team we developed a long term and sustainable strategy that embodied the purpose of Brooks running. We have organized workshops to engage the teams to listen and share stories about customer care at Brooks. We held inspiration sessions to get input for the experience they wanted to offer their customers.
What we achieved
A clear strategy was delivered, that enhanced the necessary focus for customer care within Brooks Running. By executing the strategy, the customer care team was enabled to realize a better customer satisfaction and improved alignment with the overall purpose of Brooks Running.
