What was the scope
For 6 years I was the Global Director of the business unit Services & Experiences at adidas in Digital and Retail. I was responsible for creating long term vision and strategy, translating this into short term roadmaps and implementation in the different geographies. I managed multiple P&L’s, including forecasting targets, growing revenue, tracking performance and managed margin and costs.
What I did
I built, led, inspired and managed large-scale, high performing and globally distributed Commerce team, Business process team, Data&Analytics team, Voice of Customer team, Digital Technology team, Product Ownership team, Learning&Development team, Service Operation teams
What I achieved
I have set up a world leading customer experience and services business unit in an environment of sustained high growth using improved technologies and innovative solutions. Successfully drove complex, cross-functional omni-channel related themes from conceptualization to implementation in different geographies. I transformed this business unit from being a cost center to a profit center by controlling the costs, growing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
